If you've been playing ranked lately, you’ve probably noticed a common trend: Killing Spree has become the top battle spell choice for many junglers. After its recent buff, I decided to give it a try on Leomord—and let me tell you, it turned him into an absolute monster.
The synergy is surprisingly strong. Leomord’s passive makes it easy to trigger Killing Spree’s benefits. Once an enemy’s HP drops to 50%, Leomord’s basic attacks become guaranteed critical hits. Now, combine that with Killing Spree’s updated effect: as soon as your target drops below 30% HP, you instantly recover 15% of your HP and gain 20% movement speed.
This means that once you start snowballing, you’re practically unkillable if you play your cards right.
Does Leomord Back in the Meta?
It’s been a while since we’ve seen Leomord in the spotlight, but with his buffs currently on the advanced server, there’s a chance he’ll return to the meta very soon. For those who’ve been around since his release, you might remember how dominant he was—especially the legendary Leomord-Angela combo, which was nearly impossible to kill.
As a jungler, rule number one: never leave your camps behind before ganking. It’s inefficient, and it slows your snowball potential.
The real reason Leomord hasn’t seen much play lately is simple: he’s a snowball hero. If you can’t get ahead early, you’ll struggle. Leomord mains know this all too well—you either dominate or become irrelevant.
But once you get that momentum going? The build doesn’t even matter that much anymore. The most important thing is farming efficiently and hitting your power spikes fast. Junglers this season are insanely strong—some can hit level 15 in just 7–8 minutes.
For example, King Kong from the MLBB pro scene even hit level 15 in 8 minutes—breaking his own record.
The dark system is honestly getting worse lately. Even I’ve been struggling to climb in solo rank, thanks to duos who act like they’re in their own private lobby, and bots ruining the flow.
But when everything aligns—no distractions, proper support, and clean farming—Leomord with Killing Spree becomes a beast.
