These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Synn Trading (SA0579768-M), operating as Synn Store (“we”, “our”, “us”), and any person (“you”, “user”, “customer”) accessing or purchasing services via https://synnmlbb.com/.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, which are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including but not limited to the Contracts Act 1950, Consumer Protection Act 1999, Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA).


Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • 2.1 Orders are ordinarily fulfilled within five (5) minutes of payment confirmation. 2.2 Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to:

    • Invalid or inaccurate User ID or region details;

    • System maintenance or downtime;

    • Stock unavailability;

    • Technical or operational disruptions. 2.3 Customers bear sole responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of account details submitted. 2.4 Deliveries that fail due to customer error are not eligible for refund.


Role of Synn Store

3.1 Synn Store acts exclusively as an intermediary between the game publisher’s affiliate systems and the end customer. 3.2 We do not own, develop, or control the digital products offered. 3.3 Our obligations are limited to facilitating secure, timely, and accurate order fulfillment. 3.4 While operating as a middleman, we remain committed to:

  • Efficient delivery;

  • Accurate product matching;

  • Continuous service improvement.

    4.2 For expedited resolution, customers must provide their Order ID.


Refund & Return Policy

  • 5.1 Refunds are primarily issued in SynnCash (store credit). 5.2 In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be processed to the original payment account, subject to:

    • Request within 24 hours of purchase;

    • Verification and approval by the Admin;

    • Processing within 1–2 business days. 5.3 Refunds are strictly limited to undelivered items caused by verified system error. 5.4 All sales are deemed final upon confirmed delivery. 5.5 Synn Store shall not be liable for losses arising from hacked or compromised user accounts, as account security is the sole responsibility of the customer.


  • Data Protection & Privacy

    • 6.1 Synn Store complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

      6.2 Personal data collected is used solely for transaction processing and customer support.

      6.3 Data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or regulatory authorities.

      6.4 Customers retain the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for their personal data in accordance with PDPA provisions.


    AMLA Compliance

    • 7.1 Synn Store adheres to the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA). 7.2 Transactions are monitored for suspicious activity, including unusual payment patterns or identity misuse. 7.3 We reserve the right to:

      • Flag, suspend, or report transactions suspected of violating AMLA;

      • Request identity or payment verification from customers;

      • Suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent behavior, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass safeguards.

        7.4 Such matters may be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities.


    Amendments

    8.1 These Terms may be amended or updated periodically at our discretion.

    8.2 The latest version shall be published on the website and shall take effect immediately upon posting.

    8.3 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


    Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

    9.2 Any dispute arising shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.

    9.3 Failing resolution, disputes may be referred to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM) or the competent Malaysian courts.


    Refund & Return Policy

    10.1 General Principle All sales are deemed final upon confirmed delivery of digital goods. Refunds are limited and subject to strict verification.

    10.2 Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

    • Non-delivery of purchased items due to verified system error;

    • Duplicate payment caused by technical fault;

    • Transaction error attributable to Synn Store systems.

    10.3 Refund Method

    • Refunds are primarily issued in SynnCash (store credit), redeemable for future purchases.

    • In exceptional cases, refunds may be processed back to the original payment account, subject to:

      • Request within 24 hours of purchase;

      • Verification and approval by the Admin;

      • Processing within 1–2 business days.

    10.4 Exclusions Refunds or compensation will not be provided for:

    • Incorrect account details submitted by the customer;

    • Losses due to hacked or compromised user accounts;

    • Delays caused by third-party game publishers or affiliate systems beyond our control.

    10.5 Consumer Rights

    This Refund Policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 1999, which entitles customers to remedies for defective or undelivered services. Disputes may be escalated to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM).
